 We developed the travel site on the 50Plus site because we wanted a way for CARP (Canadian Association of Retired Persons) members to browse travel packages offered by a number of travel companies, and fulfill their travel selection with Just Vacations, Inc. This mini site included a searchable collection of travel articles from CARP magazine, helpful hints, and links to other resources on the net. Click the image to see a larger copy.

 People browsing the site could request a travel quote online. The staff at Just Vacations Inc. used the back-end module to respond to these requests as they came in. The person requesting a quote could then go to a secure online page to see their quote.

Try the Demo -- it showcases the vacation search engine, where users can pick out a travel package based on their choice of destination, activity, or price range; or region and destination. The search engine returns a list of results, each with a clickable link to a detail page.
For the staff at 50Plus, there was a suite of data entry forms for updating the database of travel packages, and posting weekly specials.
