This site is for people looking for mortgage financing, at the most competitive terms and rates. The front end allows the user to search for mortgage consultants, searching by area, language, or the consultant's last name.

One feature of this site is the consultant's web page. If a user enters the site via that page, all of the banner ads on the site show pictures of that agent. Otherwise the banner ads are constructed on the fly to show a different agent with each page load.
The back end admin allows either the head office staff or an individual agent to create a newsletter. Newsletters are sent to the entire database of clients or to only those clients associated with the agent.
Another section of the back end is an online store for the agents, to handle the purchase of brochures, etc.
